JENNIFER HARVILLE FITNESS TRAINING BIO

As a wife and mother of two, I understand the frustrations that can arise when exercise gets mixed with trying to balance a busy lifestyle. I know it can feel impossible at times, I've been there, but I can confidently tell you that THERE IS A WAY! Here's the deal, getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment, plain and simple. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. I believe in finding the pleasurable side of fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of being healthy are worth the challenge. I have developed my training regime by working with a variety of people, and constantly adapting programs to the needs of all of my clients.

BOOTCAMP STYLE GROUP CLASSES

Look Good, Feel Good

This class consists of a full body workout involving use of weights/resistance bands and cardio, while having others around you for your support and a little friendly competition! Although it will be challenging, it is also loads of fun as we incorporate excersing with music and games. Health and Fitness is so much more than a number on a scale or an appearance in a mirror. I will make it my mission for your body and mind to find the right balance. What are you waiting for?!

Exercising alone can be intimidating, so why not bring a friend or two! These small group sessions can accommodate 2-4 people who are all striving to grow together. Each group will receive a program that focuses on everyone's goals alike, while still being able to focus on individual goals.

HOMEMADE MEAL PREPS

I am excited to share my love of cooking, meal prepping, and counting Macros! I will be sharing meals and snacks that are rich in protein that contain a balance of healthy fats and carbs! Menu Options Include no re-heat meals, breakfast, snacks, and lean meats w/ veggies With Macro info included! To see what I am preparing for the week, Check my Facebook page! Orders must be in no later than Saturday at 1pm, and will be available for pick up Sunday evening/Monday morning
While I am not able to prescribe/personalize meal plans, as that is out of my scope of practice. This is just simply me sharing meals, recipes, and snacks that I, myself, enjoy. And I would love to share any advice and my personal knowledge involving protein, macros, meal prepping.
